Projects in MadinaProjects in MadinaLLM Pre-Flight turns the last mile of an AI launch into a visible, shared readiness process. It helps teams document evidence and decisions around prompt injection, PII leakage, prompt extraction, access controls, observability and runaway cost.
I designed and shipped the complete application on Replit, including Replit Auth, persistent production data, an authenticated project workspace, readiness scoring, evidence notes and an Autoscale production deployment.
This is a functioning full-stack product rather than a static portfolio mockup. It demonstrates how I take an AI product from concept to a deployed system with authentication, persistence, production infrastructure and a clear operational workflow. A SaaS analytics tool that lets users upload a dataset (CSV, Excel, JSON, Parquet) and instantly get AI-generated cleaning suggestions, insights, and charts. Includes live data connectors (Google Sheets, Postgres), a developer API with a testing playground, and a full admin console for managing users, credits, and subscription plans. Designed the complete UX in Figma and built the frontend and backend logic, focused on turning raw data into clear, actionable next steps for non-technical users.
