LLM Pre-Flight turns the last mile of an AI launch into a visible, shared readiness process. It helps teams document evidence and decisions around prompt injection, PII leakage, prompt extraction, access controls, observability and runaway cost.

I designed and shipped the complete application on Replit, including Replit Auth, persistent production data, an authenticated project workspace, readiness scoring, evidence notes and an Autoscale production deployment.

This is a functioning full-stack product rather than a static portfolio mockup. It demonstrates how I take an AI product from concept to a deployed system with authentication, persistence, production infrastructure and a clear operational workflow.
