Constant Contact Flows Set-up I was brought on to design and optimize a full email flow system for a client whose store had high traffic but low customer retention and minimal email revenue. My objective was to create automated flows that not only nurtured leads but also converted them . I began with a deep audit of their existing setup and built custom flows from scratch A key challenge was mapping each flow to the right timing. I implemented split testing across subject lines, content blocks, and timing. Within 30 days, email revenue jumped by 38%, and the abandoned cart recovery rate improved by 22%. Humble Auteur — Minimalist WordPress Portfolio for Writer & Artist A custom WordPress portfolio for a fiction writer and artist working across prose, music and visual art. The site was designed around a quiet, high-contrast editorial system: black, bone white and deep crimson, with wide margins, CODE typography for identity and navigation, and EB Garamond for long-form fiction. I built a custom PHP theme without Elementor or other page builders, with dedicated spaces for the reading room, music archive, audiobook content and visual gallery. I also delivered a 20-minute walkthrough showing how to update audio, prose and images. The project received a 5-star review and an unprompted bonus for the quality of the collaboration and final result.

The focus was on pacing, atmosphere and confidence: fewer sections, stronger visuals, cleaner movement. Built as a responsive Next.js prototype with Framer Motion and Lenis-style smooth scrolling, including hero, selected work, about and contact sections.

I built a working AI recruitment screening demo that shows how a hiring team can use AI without handing over the final decision. The flow is simple: A job spec goes in. Candidate profiles are screened against a weighted guideline. Each candidate gets a score, band, evidence quotes, and risk flags. Then everything stops at a human review queue. No auto-rejects. No silent ATS updates. No “AI decided this person is out”. The system includes: Candidate pipeline table Evidence-based screening view Human review queue Approve / reject / snooze decisions ATS deployment plan Audit log for compliance n8n workflow export with a human-in-the-loop Wait node Optional live Claude screening path The important part is the architecture: deterministic logic owns the workflow, gating, state and audit trail. The AI helps with judgement and screening, but the human owns the final decision. Built with Next.js, TypeScript, Claude API, n8n workflow architecture, and a gated ATS sync pattern. This is the kind of system I like building: AI that makes the work faster, but still respects the places where people need control. Shorter Version I built an AI recruitment screening pipeline with a human approval gate. It screens candidates against a rubric, shows evidence quotes and risk flags, then routes every candidate into a review queue before anything reaches the ATS. No auto-rejects. No silent updates. Human-in-the-loop by design. Built with Next.js, TypeScript, Claude API and n8n workflow architecture.

The challenge was to create a visual identity and digital experience that could better guide users while maintaining a cohesive and recognizable brand. Approach: The rebrand leveraged color as a functional design tool rather than a purely aesthetic element. Distinct color identities were assigned to employers and candidates, creating clearer audience pathways and stronger content hierarchy. This strategy was carried through into the website redesign, where the visual system informed navigation, user journeys, and content organization. Supporting accent and neutral tones ensured consistency and scalability across both digital and marketing touchpoints. Impact: - Improved clarity between employer and candidate communications. - Created more intuitive user journeys through the redesigned website. - Strengthened visual hierarchy and content organization across digital touchpoints. - Transformed color from a branding element into a navigation and communication tool.
