The Full-Stack Build: Launching an Acting Training Brand from Zero to $34K The Client: An acting training brand needed more than a course. They needed an entire business built around it, something that could launch, sell, and run itself. The Approach: I came in on the strategy side first: positioning the offer, shaping the course structure into a clear curriculum, and mapping out the launch approach, before any build work started. From there, I built out the full platform: 1) A complete course platform to deliver the training 2) A community space for members to share work and get feedback 3) Lead magnets to bring in new students on an ongoing basis 4) Automations handling onboarding, engagement, and follow-up, no manual work required The Result $34.43K in revenue within the first 90 days of launch. Roles: Strategy, Platform Build, Automation #OnlineCourse #CommunityBuilding #CourseCreation #EdTech #Automation #LaunchStrategy #CreatorEconomy #DigitalProduct

Most course creators think a great sales page needs a big design budget or a team of copywriters. It doesn't. It needs the right workflow. I paired Claude Code with Kajabi to go from idea to live sales page fast. Claude handled the build (layout, copy structure, interactive elements like the countdown banner), Kajabi handled the business side (checkout, course delivery, sales tracking). That combo let me focus on the part that actually moves the needle: messaging. The whole page leaned into one idea, "DaVinci Resolve is complicated, let's make it simple," backed by a video preview, clear course stats, and a money-back guarantee to kill hesitation. Result: $21,319 in sales in 30 days. This is becoming my go-to stack for course creators: Claude to build and iterate quickly, Kajabi to run the backend. No dev team required, no months-long timeline. If you've got a course that needs a landing page, let's chat!

We partnered with Velocity Mentorship, a business coaching program for personal trainers, to design and launch a structured online course and community experience using Kajabi. We built an integrated ecosystem combining course delivery, community engagement, and automated email systems to support monthly challenges, live coaching calls, and ongoing member interaction. The result is a seamless member journey with clear pathways, consistent engagement, and scalable systems that support long-term growth.

We partnered with Lane Sebring, a creator, speaker, and business coach, to increase course sales by designing a structured, high-converting funnel. We built two lead generation funnels, a tripwire offer, and an automated email nurture sequence integrated with Deadline Funnel - guiding people from initial opt-in to purchase through strategic follow-up and urgency. The result is a streamlined funnel that consistently converts new leads into paying students with fully automated systems.

Testing out some new tools today and ended up with this project. The core idea is a mashup between the classic Pokedex—specifically its ability to scan and display item rarity—and a high-end rare sneaker marketplace. Instead of Pokémon, it’s all about tracking and auditing sneaker data. I started with a simple prompt and kept iterating by feeding it reference images, refining the details until it hit the right vibe. For the interface, I went for a 'slideshow' feel using D-pad controls to interact with the cards. Honestly, it took me hours to get that button logic locked in—it’s not 100% pixel-perfect yet, but it works, and that’s a win for today! HEHE The design leans into Neo-Retro Brutalism, blending 90s hardware sensibilities with modern UI patterns. Through a Skeuomorphic-System approach, the interface mimics a proprietary firmware environment—using a terminal-first aesthetic and data-dense layout to create a physical sense of 'system presence' rather than just a flat web page. Overall, this tool is an absolute beast for brainstorming and visualizing web concepts. It’s been a game-changer for getting ideas out of my head and into a playable prototype. It really bridges the gap between 'just a static image' and 'a fully interactive system. People are tired of being optimized. There is a real shift towards softness and simplicity. Finding joy in technology in a way we did in the early 2000s. BLEEP ME! ♡ is a simple reminder app where you schedule little notes to yourself. Write a little note, pick when, and BLEEP bleeps you when its time. It does less on purpose. Less to manage, less to dread, less between you and your life. Simplicity is the radical choice in an age of overwhelm, and it’s also a product that feels fun to touch. It’s slow, it’s pink, it’s encouraging. https://bleepme.lovable.app https://stitch.withgoogle.com/projects/14252840006577992145 *Workflow* I used Claude first to articulate the idea I wanted, then I pasted it into Stitch letting it start from the bare minimum. It was a bit of a shitshow, mostly from my side because I didn’t have a clear picture of the design I had in mind. After creating a DESIGN.md (http://DESIGN.md) in Claude Design I uploaded it to Stitch and used 3.1 pro and it went almost seamlessly after. Stitch is definitely better at executing than helping ideate. Then I exported it to Loveable and added a couple of UX corrections. *Notes on first time using Stitch* - A little confusing the first time - I wasn't sure where things were going to pop up on screen. Some signposting for new users would help. - The window sizes keep changing on their own, which is disorienting. - I'd love to work on a single canvas. Keeping every past version visible by default feels wasteful and actually makes me less likely to iterate. Let me open past versions only when I deliberately choose to. - If past versions do stay, move them up/out of the way automatically so the current work stays front and center. - I pressed "Go back" and it re-uploaded everything I'd deleted - still no idea how to go just one small step back. hope you enjoy! 💕 Linkedin post: https://www.linkedin.com/posts/alinalatinina_i-did-a-little-weekend-challenge-on-stitch-activity-7468003570747850752-0vJA?utm_source=social_share_send&utm_medium=member_desktop_web&rcm=ACoAABTagGoBSWeMQtQaz6TDzJZEKHC4EmArqZw

Unfortunately, I won't be submitting a project, but I would like to share my thoughts on Bubble as I was using it for a day. I was building a functional app with Bubble AI agent, a GDPR privacy tool - an easy way for humans to ask for their data to be deleted from companies, and a way to track it. The database, generated email formats, the time tracking, all of that. I went in as a builder, but ended up rage quitting, and here's my emotional journey, in case that helps anyone, and also I would just like to vent :) I was very excited for Bubble, because out of all the popular vibe coding apps now (lovable, bolt, replit, cursor and more) they're doing something different. These apps can build out a whole world out of a single sentence and it's all fun and games until you need to fix something in the end, but you're stuck in an endless loop of prompts trying to fix it, but you do not see where the problem is. Trying to read the script, going to Claude or Chat to ask for help, - it gets heated. Bubble leads with control without sacrificing the speed - every change you can see and refine. No code. You see what's happening in front of you. Comparing it to other apps - transparency and control are in the lead - I liked it. However, when I was building - the agent said that it all was there - the companies, the data I fed it, dynamic deadlines - but it wasn't on the canvas. The placeholder data was there, and after 3 rounds of prompts trying to fix that, I didn't get the result I was asking for - the trust is lost. The speed is compromised. Again, I crawl back to Claude to ask what is going wrong. Even a simple change from the AI agent to say "here's what I changed; confirm it landed", instead of "Done!" while it is not, would make me trust it more. Bubble could own a story that is both more accurate and more differentiated: not "a functional app from one prompt," but "the only AI builder that gives you a foundation you can see, trust, and control". The gap between what is promised and what is actually delivered is a gap that won't survive this market. Also, on a smaller note, but also important one - we are living through the dread of AI bubble bursting. I went in looking for tutorials, but all I got was tutorials on the economy crashing. Maybe rebranding the name or being more deliberate about it would be a good move, because as a user I wasn't reading your roadmap, I was looking for some damn tutorials. I'm attaching the screenshot of the project I was working on - maybe I am stupid and didn't see some simple button that fixes this - but also thought it's worth to share the experience. thanks for reading all that.

Maison Noir is a conceptual project developed to explore how a luxury watch brand can be positioned beyond visibility, focusing instead on perception, discretion, and long-term value. In a market often driven by status display and recognisable symbols, this project takes a different approach, building a brand that communicates through subtlety rather than exposure. The goal is to create a product that complements the individual, reinforcing presence without competing for attention. The brand is designed for women in positions of responsibility and influence, who value quality, intention, and timeless design over trends or over displays of status. Rather than appealing to a broad audience, Maison Noir focuses on resonance with a specific mindset, one that understands that true luxury is not about being seen, but about how one is perceived.

A Mother’s Day campaign concept designed for a restaurant, focused on emotional storytelling and audience engagement. The idea transforms a seasonal menu into a collection of personal stories, where each dish is inspired by the favourite meals of the mothers behind the team. Through short video content, these stories are shared alongside reflections on care, memory, and everyday moments of love. To extend the experience, the audience is invited to participate by suggesting dishes and sharing their own stories, creating a sense of collaboration between brand and community. The goal is to move beyond traditional promotional campaigns and create emotional relevance, strengthening the connection between brand and audience through authenticity and shared experience. This project completes a series of conceptual works exploring branding, content strategy, and audience connection across different industries.

Many IT companies communicate in highly technical terms, which can make it difficult for non-technical audiences to understand the real value behind their services. The challenge is not a lack of expertise, it is how that expertise is communicated. When technical topics are simplified and connected to real business impact, they become more relevant and easier to understand. A slow or poorly optimised website, for example, is not just a technical issue, it can directly affect user experience, trust, and revenue. The goal of this type of content is not immediate conversion, but awareness and education. By helping businesses recognise potential problems early, we create understanding, build trust, and position the brand as a reliable reference when solutions are needed. In the long term, clarity leads to authority, and authority leads to opportunity.

I’ve been working on a conceptual project focused on building a clear and consistent brand strategy for a Pilates studio in a highly competitive market. The goal was to explore how a brand can stand out beyond trends, combining strong positioning, intentional communication, and content that connects with the right audience.

Built a small tool with Claude Code for designers and devs who are tired of fighting with font-feature-settings in CSS. Font Freezer lets you bake OpenType features (tabular numbers, small caps, ligatures) and variable font axes directly into the font file itself — so the font just works everywhere, no CSS required at render time. Useful when email clients, After Effects, or native mobile apps ignore your CSS entirely. https://fontfreezer.com

While everyone is testing out the new Framer logo shaders, I decided to vibe-code my own Liquid Glass effect. Focused on achieving that perfect organic "liquid" distortion. The way it handles complex shapes like the Claude logo is just… 🤌

Mike Smith (https://x.com/mikesmith187) shared Contra's Brand Identity Figma file (https://www.figma.com/design/Qo64brwGBmObIrPauXVxe1/Contra---Brand-Identity--public-?node-id=1560-162319&t=NMVuPB6IBlvk9IJA-1) — a masterclass in detail. The abstract Contra grid hooked me: simple yet perfectly echoing the logo. I rebuilt that grid via vibe‑coding using v0 (https://v0.dev/). Huge surprise: v0 dropped 100 credits on my account (thanks Vercel) — instant motivation. Result: a page where anyone can upload an image and generate an abstract grid in the Contra style.
