If they haven't, they're tagged as a non-booked lead and automatically enrolled into a recovery sequence designed to bring them back and get the booking. For leads who do book, a separate 4-email nurture sequence kicks in immediately — delivering an Amazon growth toolkit on confirmation, a second resource 3 hours later, then a real-world listing optimization example on day 1, and a marketplace scaling case study on day 2. Every email is timed to reduce no-shows and pre-frame the sales call so prospects arrive already warmed up. The result is a fully automated lead lifecycle — from opt-in to segmentation, booked nurture to non-booked recovery — running without manual intervention across two markets. The smart part: access doesn't stay open indefinitely. A date-based wait step holds until December 31, 2026, then automatically revokes access to both courses — no manual offboarding, no forgotten memberships, no expired buyers still inside paid content. Custom Branded 404 Error Page Design on Kajabi Most Kajabi websites leave the default 404 page untouched — a dead end that loses visitors and hurts brand credibility. For this project, I designed a fully custom, on-brand 404 error page on Kajabi that transforms a broken link into a conversion opportunity. Using Kajabi's website builder, custom code editor (Liquid, HTML, CSS), and theme customization tools, I created a 404 page that: Matches the client's brand identity, custom typography, colors, and visuals consistent with the rest of their Kajabi site Redirects lost visitors with clear navigation back to key pages (homepage, courses, offers, and blog) Captures leads with a strategically placed opt-in, turning error traffic into email subscribers using Kajabi forms Loads fast and displays perfectly on mobile, tablet, and desktop This project shows what's possible beyond Kajabi's out-of-the-box templates.
