Their scheduling process involved constant back-and-forth communication, missed bookings, and manual follow-ups, which slowed down operations and affected the client experience. To streamline the process, I developed an AI-powered booking and scheduling assistant that automated appointment management from start to finish. Using Calendly and Google Calendar, I created a seamless scheduling system that allowed clients to book available time slots automatically while keeping calendars synced in real time. I integrated OpenAI to generate intelligent responses, automate onboarding communication, and personalize confirmation and reminder messages. With Zapier, I connected the workflows across multiple platforms to automate appointment confirmations, reminder notifications, onboarding forms, and follow-up actions after meetings were completed.
