Overview
I built an AI-powered voice appointment booking system that answers inbound customer calls, captures essential information, books appointments automatically, and sends confirmation and reminder messages without requiring human intervention.
The workflow replaces manual scheduling with an intelligent, automated process that improves customer experience while reducing administrative work.
The Challenge
Businesses that rely on phone calls for appointment scheduling often face several challenges:

The Solution
I developed an AI-powered voice automation workflow that answers incoming calls, extracts customer information using AI, checks appointment availability, creates calendar events, and automatically sends confirmation and reminder messages.
If no appointment is booked, the system follows a different workflow to notify the caller and handle the outcome appropriately.
The entire process runs automatically without requiring staff intervention.
