🔎 Project Overview DunzAgrofood is an agro-food brand offering raw foods, spices, and local snacks to local and international customers. The goal of this project was to improve how users understand, trust, and engage with the brand through clearer product communication and more consistent digital touchpoints. 🎯 Problem Statement Users interacting with the brand’s existing materials faced: Cognitive overload due to excessive text Poor information hierarchy, making it hard to quickly understand what the brand offers Limited contextual trust signals, especially in digital environments These issues reduced clarity, recall, and confidence—key factors in food and healthcare-adjacent purchasing decisions.

This is the part most eCommerce brands underestimate. The words. The structure. The order. You can have great products and still lose sales if your site doesn’t answer the buyer’s silent questions fast enough. When I design eCommerce experiences, this is what I prioritize 👇 Copy that sells before the product does Your hero section should instantly say: What this is Who it’s for Why it’s worth buying now If users have to scroll to understand you, you’ve already lost momentum. SEO that works quietly in the background Not keyword stuffing. Real, human language that search engines and people understand.
