Megaverse is a fitness club in Palembang, built as one platform instead of four disconnected tools. The public site sells the club: programs with intensity and duration, the padel club with court pricing and availability, and the club's postings. The member area is where members live day to day — registration with KTP and address, then profile, class booking, attendance and renewal history. The front desk side covers renewals and payments, gate logs, and lockers with their rentals. Behind that sits the business: a POS with products, suppliers, units and categories, employee and personal trainer records with specialisations, and finance with chart of accounts, journals, fiscal periods and fixed assets, with the heavy tables exported to Excel. Laravel with Blade, Tailwind and MySQL. Built together with Tengku Kevin Juldianto (dev.tengkukevin@gmail.com). https://mega-verse.id

Evo Academy The system a dance school actually runs on. Parents enquire, students enrol, teachers take attendance at the door, packages get billed monthly, teachers get paid, and the money lands in a real ledger instead of a spreadsheet. What I built Students, guardians and registrations, so the studio can enrol a new student in one screen. Attendance per class session, on weekly schedules with teacher assignments. Packages and recurring billing, so the monthly run is a report instead of a reconciliation. Teacher payroll, calculated from the classes they actually taught. A studio POS for walk-in payments, and bookkeeping that ties the day's takings together. Stack Laravel, PostgreSQL, React, Inertia, Tailwind CSS. Built for one school first, which is why it fits the way a studio works instead of the way a generic school system thinks it should.

Land of Moe A custom baby blanket brand, and the storefront that sells it. Moms browse the patterns, pick the size and the back fabric, and the finished configuration lands in WhatsApp. What I built The catalogue: every pattern in one grid, filtered by the brand's own tags — animals, letters, colours, occasions — and sorted by price or date. Over a hundred tags, and search answers "bunny" with ninety-four patterns. Product pages that configure the product: type, size, backside (printed fleece, or a minky dot colour), quantity, with the front and back of the pattern shown side by side. An order that carries its own configuration into WhatsApp. Pattern, type, size, backside, price and quantity are written into the message before it is sent, so the conversation starts at the right blanket instead of at the beginning. The pages the shop runs on: how to order, washing instructions, FAQ, about — plus a customer gallery built from the brand's own Instagram posts, so the social proof lives on the site and not only in the feed. Behind the login, a back office where the patterns, tags, prices and pages live as data rather than hand-built pages. Stack Next.js, Tailwind CSS, Cloudflare. Land of Moe has been making these since 2017, and everything is made to order, so the storefront is built around how an order actually happens.

UTARA A music platform for independent Indonesian artists. An artist uploads a release, it goes live on the platform, and listeners find it through artist pages and the catalogue. Payments run through Duitku, and the whole thing runs on the edge, so catalogue pages stay fast without a server to babysit. What I built Artist and listener accounts, with an upload flow that takes a release from draft to published. Artist pages and a browsable catalogue, built for slow connections first. Payments through Duitku. A Hono API over D1 on Cloudflare Workers, with a Next.js front end on the same edge runtime. Stack Next.js, Hono, Cloudflare Workers, D1, Duitku. It is early and I am building it in the open, so the parts that exist are the ones people actually asked for.

Pricing/business model — Revenue centers on made-to-order apparel (no held stock — production starts after design approval), paid via card, PayPal, or bank transfer. The partner/affiliate side adds a referral layer on top, so partners can earn from bringing customers in. Referral/partner workflow — Partner registers, gets a QR code, refers customers who order through that code. It's meant to extend reach beyond direct tourist traffic (hotels, tour operators, local businesses) without J&P Bali having to run its own outbound sales. Scope of this redesign vs. later phases — This phase is explicitly an enhancement of the existing WordPress/WooCommerce site, not a rebuild: fixing the checkout flow, pricing display, and site structure. AI-powered design tools, a dedicated mobile app, and international expansion are all scoped for Phase 2/3 — out of bounds for now

Case Study: Rebuilding Trust Into a Bali E-Commerce Site, One Broken Assumption at a Time Client: J&P Bali — custom apparel & wearable art from travel photos Role: Lead UI/UX Designer & WordPress/WooCommerce Developer Stack: WordPress, WooCommerce, Elementor, custom design system The brief J&P Bali had a genuinely good idea already live on WordPress: send a photo from your Bali trip, get it turned into a premium custom tee or hoodie, delivered to your hotel before you fly home. The concept was strong. The site wasn't converting on it. They didn't need a rebuild. They needed someone to find out exactly where visitors were dropping off — and why — then fix it without throwing away the working infrastructure underneath. Starting with the user, not the code Before touching a single template, I ran the site through the lens of the actual buyer: a tourist with two or three days left in Bali, a phone full of photos, and zero patience for friction. That audit surfaced problems a purely visual review would have missed entirely: The homepage lied about the order of operations. It promised "upload your photo" as step one. The real flow — set by the checkout and confirmed in the FAQ — required payment first. A visitor following the homepage's own instructions would hit a wall. Every product showed a $0.01 price. Technically a placeholder. Functionally, a trust-killer — nothing reads "abandoned project" faster than a store that looks like it forgot to finish pricing itself. Payment information contradicted itself across three surfaces — the footer said bank transfer, the product page said PayPal, the shop page said "confirm via WhatsApp." Three answers to one question is the same as no answer. The primary buying path was buried under B2B content. Affiliate programs and corporate kits were competing for the same navigation real estate as the core tourist offer, diluting the one message that actually drives revenue. None of these were design problems in the visual sense. They were trust problems wearing a design costume — and they're exactly the kind of thing that tanks conversion rate while looking, at a glance, like a perfectly normal website. Turning findings into a system, not a patch list Rather than fixing these as isolated tickets, I used them to define a design system built for one job: remove hesitation at every step between "I want this" and "I bought this." A single, honest four-step flow — choose product & pay, upload photo, approve design, delivered to hotel — replacing two contradictory versions of the same journey. A premium visual language (near-black backgrounds, gold accent, Space Grotesk headings, Inter body copy) that signals the product is worth the price being asked for it, instead of undercutting it. Content converted from paragraphs into scannable structure — feature cards, step timelines, and comparison-ready product cards — because a tourist deciding between a tee and a hoodie on their phone will not read a wall of text to get there. One consistent payment and pricing story, stated once, correctly, everywhere it appears. Why this approach, not a full rebuild The existing WordPress/WooCommerce setup wasn't the problem — the client's investment in it was worth protecting. The instinct to gut and rebuild a site because it "feels dated" is usually the expensive, slower path to the same outcome a focused audit gets you in a fraction of the time. Most conversion problems live in clarity and trust, not in the CMS underneath them. What this demonstrates This project is a good example of the kind of work I do for e-commerce clients whose core offer is strong but whose execution is quietly costing them customers: a structured UX audit grounded in an actual buyer's journey, a design system that carries brand premium-ness through every page rather than just the homepage, and WordPress/WooCommerce implementation that respects what's already working instead of starting over. If your site has a good product behind a confusing checkout, that's usually fixable faster — and cheaper — than it looks. Want a second pair of eyes on where your own site is losing people? This Figma project covers the user interface design for Restructuring Masterclass, an elite online course website. To make development as seamless as possible, I structured the designs to be fully implementation-ready, utilizing a clean, block-based layout composed of modular sections and containers. This modern, compact approach supports their goal of selling premium financial education, while maintaining an mature style that builds immediate trust.

PencilKit is my Chrome extension that turns any webpage into a calm, native-feel sketching surface. You can draw, highlight, and type directly on top of content. Perfect for research, reviews, and quick ideas without juggling extra tools. For its first release, I designed a focused brand system for the Chrome Web Store: logo, main banner, and extension thumbnail. I kept the visuals soft, minimal, and readable at small sizes so the icon, banner, and screenshots feel consistent and easy on the eyes. This case study walks through how I approached the logo, banner, and thumbnail to make PencilKit feel friendly, trustworthy, and instantly clear in just a few seconds.

VisualKit is my Chrome extension that turns any website into a live design lab. We can inspect elements, tweak styles, and capture clean UI screenshots without opening DevTools. For its first release, I designed a simple but complete brand system for the Chrome Web Store: logo, main banner, and extension thumbnail. I focused on keeping everything clean, readable at small sizes, and visually consistent, so the icon, banner, and screenshots all feel like one product family. This case study walks through how I approached the logo, banner, and thumbnail to make VisualKit look modern, trustworthy, and easy to understand in just a few seconds.
