SolJoy is an AI-powered tarot chat app that gives users personalized, context-aware guidance through a real-time conversational interface, "Conversations With Your Soul." Users start new readings, get real-time AI card interpretation grounded in their actual question and history (not generic card meanings), revisit past readings with saved insights, and reflect through a personal journal. The app also connects users to a real human coach for 1:1 sessions, blending AI-driven reflection with human support. We built a calm, trust-first experience that turns tarot from a one-off card pull into an ongoing, personal practice, users pick up exactly where they left off, track recurring themes across readings, and can escalate to a real coach when they want deeper guidance. As the company expanded globally it faced three hurdles: no professional digital presence for international buyers, manual production stock tracking with poor visibility across manufacturing stages, and shipment statuses tracked through informal processes risking delivery delays. Delivered solo as a freelance project: a unified digital ecosystem covering both market positioning and internal operations. The professional business website presents manufacturing scale, production capacity, and quality standards, with structured product categories and direct inquiry pathways for global business development. The custom inventory management system reflects garment manufacturing reality — tracking stock from raw material intake through finished goods with real-time monitoring of multi-stage production phases to keep export commitments on schedule. The integrated logistics module provides a consolidated view of all active international shipments from dispatch to delivery confirmation, enabling proactive client communication. Results: strengthened international credibility, real-time stock visibility replacing manual processes and reducing discrepancies, and a centralized single source of truth for managing concurrent export orders with greater speed.
