For my #EnvatoChallenge I made a social reel called People. Every stranger you pass is living a life as full and complicated as your own. You just never get to see it. That was the whole starting point. You catch a half-second of someone and your brain files them as an extra in your movie, while they're the main character of theirs, with a whole thing going on you'll never know about. So I tried to make something that sits in that feeling. No story line, but just a reminder that everyone's got one. I used Envato for music, images and videos starting with stock images that I got inspired by and used as references and to expand ideas from those. I believe the main human by design call I had to make was not only the final edit, but prompting for "imperfect" generations. AI is trained to give the perfect image every time, centered angles, equal proportions, bright colors. I tried the complete opposite while still trying to make it look like a complete social reel.

🎬 Project MOORPHS: The AI Filmmaking Pipeline & Workflow What does it take to bring an AI-generated alien film to life? A lot more than a single generation! Project MOORPHS has been one of my biggest creative challenges to date. I spent an entire day working on this project, with only a few breaks, putting in hours of focused, continuous effort and going through hundreds of generations to develop, refine, and bring my vision to life. Every stage presented its own challenges, from character design and visual development to creating scenes, refining images, and working through the AI filmmaking pipeline. It took experimentation, persistence, troubleshooting, and countless iterations to get closer to the results I wanted. Now, I'm taking Project MOORPHS a step further by combining the finished alien film with a behind-the-scenes presentation of the production process. My own stylized 3D animated self will serve as the presenter, introducing the project, showcasing the finished film, breaking down individual scenes, and revealing the pipeline and workflow behind the production. The goal is to show not only what I created, but how I created it—including the processes, challenges, and solutions that helped bring the project together. This is more than a showcase of an AI-generated film. It's a look into the creative process behind AI filmmaking and the work required to turn an idea into a finished production. The Interpolation: Brought these frames into ComfyUI to handle smooth, shot-to-shot in-between interpolations. This bridges the gaps seamlessly while preserving the intentional layout of the original poses. The Polish: Finished the sequence with a robust post-production pipeline to bring out the final cinematic quality. It was an exciting opportunity to explore AI-assisted filmmaking and bring my creative ideas to life. Now, in October 2026, I've revisited that concept and created a new remake, reimagining the visuals and character presentation with an evolved creative approach. This isn't a revision of the original video. It's a new production inspired by the same concept, allowing me to compare my earlier work with what I'm creating today. Looking back at these two versions gives me an opportunity to reflect on six months of experimentation, learning, and growth in AI-assisted visual storytelling and music-video production. Every project teaches me something new, and I'm continuing to explore how music, characters, and cinematic visuals can come together to tell compelling stories. April was the starting point.
