I didn't want this to be a 3D hero with a normal website underneath it. So, I made the arena itself part of the website. Nexus Arena is a Three.js / React Three Fiber experiment around a gaming lounge. You move through 8 PS5 stations, pick a station, move into tournaments, and end up in a mock booking flow. Still a work in progress, but this is the point where it started feeling like one experience instead of 3D on one side and UI on the other. I'm looking for more interactive / creative frontend projects like this. waelgamil.com (https://waelgamil.com/?for=studio&utm_source=contra&utm_medium=organic&utm_campaign=nexus_arena)

What if your progress wasn’t another streak, chart, or number? 🌱 I built Revive for the Replit Buildathon — a small living world that changes when you do something useful in real life. Focus, move, or do something good for the planet → earn resources → restore the stream, grow wildflowers, bring back the grove, build a quiet reading nook, and slowly watch life return. The world also remembers what you’ve done through a journal, unlockable wildlife, local weather/day-night syncing, and a calming soundscape that becomes richer as the meadow comes back to life. The part I enjoyed most was making the environment itself the progress system instead of putting everything behind dashboards and stats. Built with Replit

Bnaia is a multivendor e-commerce platform for building and finishing materials. I worked on the frontend experience across product discovery, departments, vendors and brands, product pages, purchasing flows, and a guided Request for Quotation experience for customers who need more than a standard checkout. I contributed to the production frontend using Next.js, React, and TypeScript, working on responsive interfaces, API-integrated features, SEO-focused pages, product variants, and payment flows.

Hilal is a bilingual, local-first spiritual habit tracker I designed and built as a Progressive Web App. It helps users build consistent daily habits through streaks, calendars, customizable goals, rewards, and a calm motivational experience across Arabic and English. I handled the product design and frontend development end-to-end using Next.js, React, and TypeScript, with responsive RTL/LTR interfaces, installable PWA behavior, local-first state, and motion designed to make progress feel rewarding without overwhelming the experience.

The-State (a dashboard for a class of my university) I built The-State specifically for students (my colleagues) to access lecture PDFs and take related quizzes, all in one convenient platform. On the admin side, the dashboard allows full control over the class: tracking student numbers and names, managing file uploads, blocking or controlling access, and monitoring Firebase storage and quota limits. The goal was to make the learning process smoother for my class while giving me an easy way to manage everything efficiently.

🚀 Built an AI Coding Companion: Meet Kittle ✨After countless late-night debugging sessions and way too much coffee, I’ve hit a personal milestone: Kittle is officially in beta! 🛠️It’s an AI coding partner that actually understands your project, not just your snippets. What makes it different? 🧠 Deep Context: Reasons about your actual project files and architecture. 📂 Repo Aware: Understands your folder structure from the jump. 📐 Visual Logic: Generates Mermaid.js diagrams directly from your code. 🔐 Privacy First: Runs on your API keys. No data hoarding, no stored keys. 📝 Local-Only: Chat history stays in your local storage. Tech Stack: ⚡ Next.js | 🟦 TypeScript | 🎨 Tailwind | 📐 Mermaid.js

This application is a library application and consists of two parts: a librarian section and a regular user section. The librarian section is responsible for: 1- Adding books, classifying them, determining the number of available copies of each book, and displaying an image of the book. 2- Responding to messages from users. 3- Removing books when they are unavailable. 4- Controlling the quantity of each book available. The regular user can access the application and do the following: 1- Searching for books by name and classification. 2- Borrowing books and agreeing to return them after the specified loan period, or extending the loan period. 3- Viewing the history of previous borrowings. 4- Sending messages to the librarian section and viewing previous questions and answers. 5- If borrowed books are not returned on time, the system will impose a late fee and suspend the user's borrowing privileges until payment is received. Users can pay through the application using bank cards.

This is a small application using React.JS and Node.JS that organizes books by dividing them into three categories: Read, Want to Read Later, and Currently Reading. You can also search for and add new books. The application is a search engine connected to an API point. You enter the book's name, and if it's available, it will appear. You can then add the book to one of the three categories, where it will be displayed. Books can be easily moved between categories.

Solving the "Last Mile" in Enterprise SaaS: My Native Multi-Tenancy Architecture 🚀 Hey everyone, After years of building Enterprise applications, I noticed a recurring bottleneck: we spend months just setting up the foundational plumbing (Data isolation, JWT, Billing, RTL support) before touching the actual business logic. To solve this for my own freelance projects and agency clients, I spent the last few months building a production-ready Enterprise Boilerplate. The Stack & Architecture: Backend: Java 25 & Spring Boot 4 Frontend: Angular 21 (Standalone components) Data Isolation: Native Hibernate Multi-tenancy (Strict schema/database separation per tenant) Localization: Dynamic RTL/LTR with bilingual JasperReports generation. I built this specifically to cut a 4-month MVP development cycle down to just 14 days without sacrificing bank-grade security. I’ll drop the link to the live demo in the comments if anyone wants to see the architecture in action. I’m curious to hear from other Fullstack Engineers here—how do you usually handle strict multi-tenancy in your freelance client projects? Do you build from scratch every time, or rely on specific patterns? Would love to discuss architecture and share insights!

Built a unified analytics dashboard for an independent newsroom publishing across 9 channels (2 websites, 5 social platforms, newsletter, podcast). Designed a 21-table Airtable architecture with Make.com (http://Make.com) pulling and normalizing every platform's API on a schedule. Added an AI classification layer that auto-tags every article and post by format, topic, and section. Built automatic cross-platform content linking so a Facebook post is matched back to the article it promotes. Shipped as a native Airtable Interface Extension (React/TypeScript/Recharts) with a full bilingual (AR/EN) design system.

Founder and product architect of Tabla, a no-code database that stays fast and out of your way. Four views — grid, calendar, gallery, kanban — all looking at the same records, so a change in one shows instantly in the rest. Every field type you'd expect, plus two-way linked records and formulas that read across them. Webhooks connect straight to Make, n8n, or anything with a URL. Native right-to-left support throughout. One click exports the entire database — every table, record, attachment — any day, for any reason. Proved it running my own property operations, fully migrated off Airtable.
