Dr Sophia AI went live with its new website in July and I had the pleasure of taking the project through the full design and build process. I worked closely with the client through discovery phase, starting with market and user research before moving into information architecture and wireframing. We identified six buyer groups, each with a different set of priorities and questions to answer before booking a demo. That discovery work gave us a clearer view of what each audience needed to understand and helped align expectations across the project. Because the site was prepared for a marketing campaign, the visual system needed to feel memorable as well as credible. I combined familiar corporate patterns with considered motion and clear product communication, keeping every page connected to the same demo pathway. It was a rewarding build to take from early thinking through to launch, and the current average engagement time of 1 minute 30 seconds is a positive early signal. For this project I delivered research, UX strategy, information architecture, responsive design, motion and implementation together as one connected delivery. Newbold Connect is live. 🙌 For 125 years, Newbold College of Higher Education has been teaching. Now that legacy has a streaming home. Over the past few months I designed and built a bespoke, video-first learning platform on Kajabi, with the cinematic feel and the warmth of a faith-centred community. On-demand classes, 20+ custom-designed modules, and a membership experience built to scale with a global audience. Really proud of what we achieved with the Newbold College of Higher Education team. An executive with 20 years in the junk removal industry reached out to me with a vision for something his sector had never had before. Robert G. Allen, MBA (https://www.linkedin.com/in/robertgallen/) had started with one truck in Phoenix. Two decades later, he could see a gap: independent junk removal operators had no dedicated professional community. No shared body of knowledge. No structured path toward higher standards. The industry had plenty of individual talent, but no central place where that talent could connect, learn from each other, and raise the bar together. Robert had a strong vision what this place should be. A professional alliance where operators could share best practices via live events and replays, access structured resources, and work toward excellence as a community. He had the vision and the domain knowledge. What Robert needed was a reliable designer proficient in Kajabi (https://kajabi.com/), delivering coaching platforms and integration solutions that work at scale.
