hear me out: a Tinder...but for freelance jobs 🤔 idk about you but every morning i find myself sorting through a bajillion jobs in different platforms, looking for any red or green flags that make me want to apply or give up on freelancing all together. is it just me? so i came up with the idea for FILTER, your morning companion to swipe left and right on job cards with the key info you need to know about them, all while you sip your morning coffee ☕️ then, once you're fully awake and ready for the day, you open your laptop and there you have it: an email with the list of all your picks, so you can apply and move on with the rest of your work day! check it out for yourself (or see the walkthrough in the video below!) https://app.flowstep.ai/file?activeFileId=4ce93422-2008-4b60-9703-30561f1c02eb

oof! finally able to share the final piece!! if you haven't been keeping up with my updates: ⭐ on day 1 I brainstormed alongside Gemini, merging my ideas with theirs and ending up with an outline of what I wanted to do for this challenge ⭐ day 2 I collected the raw footage I filmed and started putting together a folder with all my assets ⭐ day 3 I dove into Envato for the first time in years and found stock video, music and sfx, and used AI to alter both one of my own clips and a stock one ⭐ day 4 was for the final touches, where I recorded the voiceover and put all the other assets together into the video you can see below - my final submission! (I also attached a screenshot of what my final project folder looked like - organized by source of each asset) my biggest AI win was definitely the clip where I asked it to replace my water bottle with the coffee machine and it mimicked my rings and tattoos without me even asking my AI flop, where I decided to intervene because AI just didn't do it justice, was the voiceover - it just felt off and emotionless, and instead of trying to tweak it to perfection I decided to just pick up the mic and do it myself! I'm also gonna be sharing this final video on my Instagram @freelancingwithsilvia - feel free to follow me there for all the freelancing vibes 🤩

As a marketer and business owner, I know one thing: in 2026, if your business doesn't have both a website and at least one social platform, it feels a bit sus... 😒 That’s why for this challenge it took me less than a minute to choose my favorite local spot: Coffee Village, an eclectic, quirky coffee shop in Palmela that serves the most amazing cappuccinos and cheesecakes 🤤 But...despite their incredible charm and delicious treats, their online presence wasn't doing them justice - hence why I decided to give them the digital home they deserve ✨ 🟥 BEFORE BASE44 They had no website whatsoever, and their custom cake orders were completely scattered across a landline phone, Facebook messages, and Instagram DMs. Managing this during holiday rushes like Christmas and Easter must've been CRAZY 😵💫 🟩 AFTER BASE44 I built a fully responsive, bilingual (PT/EN) website that both reflects their unique decor - including their signature wall stripes and dark wood tables - and speaks directly to the audience they're trying to attract! You can see it for yourself 👉 https://coffeevillage.base44.app As for that cake order situation...that's where the automation came in! I built a streamlined cake order system, so customers can submit their orders in one centralized place. The backend workflow automatically: 👉 Triggers an instant email confirmation to the customer. 👉 Sends a structured email summary directly to the owner. I'm handing the site over to the owner tomorrow and can't wait to see their reaction!!! Next up on my to-do list? Bringing my professional camera to the shop to shoot even better photos and videos for them, both of the space and the food & drinks! Here's to helping local businesses glow! 🥂

Stop settling for stock that feels like a committee meeting. With textured and high-contrast. AI doesn’t have to be "smooth." These are grit, grain, and mid-century structure. They are built for hero sections that need to say something before the copy even loads. :) Find them for free on Lummi (https://www.lummi.ai/collection/jyySQm0/geometric-brutalism) (yes for free)or DM me if you need a custom set built for your brand’s specific DNA. https://www.lummi.ai/creator/donamara

Helping tech companies grow through design

Designed a strategic UX/UI experience that transformed Crescent Bahuman's extensive manufacturing and sustainability information into a clear, engaging, and conversion-focused website. I created an intuitive user journey, streamlined content hierarchy, and a modern visual system that strengthens brand trust while making complex industrial processes easy to understand. The final design helps communicate the company's expertise, eco-friendly manufacturing practices, and global capabilities through a polished, user-centered interface that supports both brand storytelling and business objectives.

Streak wanted a platform where fans could connect with local sports players, follow athletes they already care about, and discover new talent early. Fans could also buy NFTs tied to the athletes they support, so backing someone actually meant something. I started by studying the client's existing app and mapping out product requirements before designing anything. From there came research, analysis, and low fidelity wireframes shared with the client to make sure we were aligned. Once that was locked, I moved into high fidelity concepts with prototyping, navigation, and micro interactions. The visual direction is dark and moody with fluorescent accents, built on Graphik with a black and white base palette so the athlete photography carries all the energy. I designed the marketing website and the mobile app together, covering athlete profiles, fan community feeds, live streaming, and exclusive access to collectibles. #ProductDesign #UIUX #Web3 #NFT #MobileAppDesign #WebDesign #SportsTech #DarkUI

Dunmor is a real estate lending platform serving investors who need financing fast. They came to us for a website design that could carry the brand and convert at the same time. The core problem was product complexity. Dunmor offers four lending products, fix and flip, bridge, construction, and rentals, and each one speaks to a different borrower with different questions. The old site treated them as a flat list. We rebuilt the site around modules so every product gets its own entry point, its own numbers, loan size, leverage, interest rate, and its own path to a quote. We ran interviews, competitor analysis, and research first, then used a moodboard to lock the visual direction with the client early. That saved rounds later. From there it was wireframing, prototyping, and visual design on top of a defined design system. The direction leans dark, electric blue and lime against deep navy. It reads like a fintech product rather than a mortgage broker, which was the point. Real photography keeps it grounded so the tech feel never gets cold. Mobile mattered more than usual. Dunmor's clients are contractors and investors checking loan terms between site visits, so every page works as a vertical scroll with full loan detail available, no desktop login needed. We delivered the website design, the responsive mobile experience, a reusable module library, and a design system the client's team can build on. #WebsiteDesign #UIUXDesign #ResponsiveWebDesign #Fintech #RealEstateTech

VMGNT — Talent Management is a UK talent agency representing models who work with names like Elle, Longchamp and Chloé, and until this project they had no real digital home. Everything lived on Instagram. They wanted a site that could carry that level of talent without competing with it, which is a harder brief than it sounds, because the work is photography and video and the design has to get out of its way. I went with a stark black and white palette and pushed the interface to the edges so imagery fills the screen, with the logo held quietly in the corner. The talent grid lets visitors browse by city and category, and each model gets a full profile with lookbooks, editorial work and social reach. Adding model lookbooks was the change that shifted the site from a directory into something people actually stay on. I designed it responsive from the start, since most people find talent on a phone, and ran contrast research through the colour work so the type stays legible against full bleed photography for anyone with a visual impairment.

Bikini Try-On Haul — Styling & Creative Direction A creative try-on haul focused on styling versatility and brand storytelling. The goal was to showcase how to transition swimwear from a beach-only piece to a complete, ready-to-wear summer outfit. What I delivered: - Creative Concept: Designed the "styling transition" flow to keep the audience engaged. - Styling & Curation: Selected accessories and complementary garments to demonstrate the product's adaptability. - Editing & Pace: Fast-paced cuts aligned with audio trends to maximize watch time and social media reach. Why this works: By moving beyond a simple product showcase, I provided value to the viewer while highlighting the brand’s aesthetic. This type of content is perfect for boosting organic engagement.
