Realtors capture leads with a bilingual 1-minute questionnaire, manage pipeline statuses, and send personalized SMS links via Twilio. Admins review leads, export data, and track KPIs from the web dashboard. Also built Sarah, an AI voice qualification agent (Vapi + GPT-4o + ElevenLabs) that makes outbound calls with a deterministic state-machine flow. Shipped to Apple App Store and Google Play.
