Aducate came to us for a VSL. Minimalist, white background, no face. We made it, they approved it.
Then they came back and asked for a talking head version instead.
Not a revision. A whole different format.
Here's the part that surprised me: we barely had to rebuild. The animation was built as a system rather than baked into one composition, so most of it just moved over onto the new footage.
What actually changed was the job the motion was doing. In 01 it carries the opening on its own. In 02 the person carries it, and the motion gets out of the way.
