Brand identity for a dating app built around real connections. ❤️
Created a complete visual identity concept for Lumina, a modern dating platform focused on meaningful matches, trust, privacy, and genuine conversations.
I explored the brand from the identity level all the way into the digital product experience.
What I created:
• Custom logo and visual identity
• Brand color system and typography
• Dating app UI/UX concept
• Match, discovery and profile screens
• App store / promotional visuals
• Brand guidelines and messaging
• Custom mockups and presentation assets
• Responsive product direction
The visual system uses deep teal, coral, warm sand, sage and ivory to create something that feels more mature and premium than the typical dating-app aesthetic.
Designed with Figma, with the product experience shaped around the kind of clean, modern interfaces I build for Framer and Webflow.
The identity feels warm without becoming overly sentimental. Extending the trust and privacy story into the product experience is especially thoughtful.
I explored a portfolio website for Meriot, a product designer based in the Netherlands who wanted a digital presence that felt more personal, editorial, and design-focused.
The challenge was to avoid the typical portfolio formula and create something that communicates personality within the first few seconds.
The direction
→ Bold editorial typography
→ Strong personal photography
→ Minimal black-and-white foundation
→ Warm orange accent for CTAs
→ Simple, structured navigation
→ Clear positioning as a product designer
→ A portfolio experience that feels like a personal brand
The idea was to make the website feel confident without being complicated.
Rather than leading with a long introduction, the hero immediately communicates who Meriot is, what he does, and where the visitor should go next.
