Which testimonial format actually builds more trust?
Three cards = fast trust. A visitor scans it in 3 seconds and thinks: "okay, multiple people vouch for this." Good for quick credibility on a landing page.
One detailed case study = deep trust. Before/after, specific context, a real transformation. It doesn't just say "this works" – it shows how and why. That's what turns a skeptical visitor into someone who actually reads to the end.
Short testimonials answer: "Do people like this?"
A case study answers: "Will this work for someone like me?"
Which format would make you trust the specialist more: three short testimonials or one detailed case study?

Just like you mentioned in your description, I’d go with the three-card section. I also have a small suggestion worth exploring. You could make each card clickable, with the content (one case) opening in a pop-up or modal that shows the full details of that card. I think that...

I'd say both. Three testimonials help build trust fast, and one detailed case study helps people really understand the value. Together they work even better.

i'd like to see that many people like it over one person liked it very much

In reality, a full-fledged case study works much better for me. It’s not just a trust badge; it’s an extra piece of storytelling that presents the product not merely as random text, but as a concrete example of value - explaining how it helped someone else and, by extension, how it can help you (or new client)

I’d choose one detailed case study; it gives the context, evidence, and transformation needed to build deeper trust.

@Serge Herasymchuk , The Way you are showing Before & After variable insight automatically increases trust. As a Product Designer, I still feel slight changes might help you push one level further: 1. The name & Designation can be display on bottom of the image so it doesn't create confusion...

These answer different buyer questions at different scroll depths. I would run three cards above the fold for the quick people vouch for this scan, then one case study deeper down for the skeptic who reads on. Forced to pick one for a services page, I take the case study, since...

I choose "One Case". Because it does not just show who has chose it but also what value they received.
