3D Sculpture Modeling for Public Art Installation
Description
This project involved transforming a 2D artistic concept provided by the artist into a detailed 3D sculpture for a public art installation. My role focused on developing the three-dimensional form, refining the geometry, preparing the model for visualization, and ensuring the design remained faithful to the original artistic vision while being suitable for presentation.

Rendering every piece yourself, the 3D, the vehicle, the UI, that's a serious amount of ownership on one image. What made you step away from the studio before, and what's different this time around?
Made this chess set a while back as part of a 3D modeling course.
I uploaded it to Sketchfab and that was pretty much where it stayed.
Recently I came back to it and thought it would be fun to actually do something with it on the web, so I brought the same old model into my portfolio and started building around it.
Camera moves, interacting with the pieces, a few chess sequences... it ended up becoming a lot more than the model I originally made.
Kinda nice seeing an old project get a second life.
