Case Study: The Omnipresent Content Machine
Role: AI Systems Architect & Developer

Deliverable: A zero-touch, omnichannel content pipeline that autonomously curates, writes, and publishes blogs and social media posts.
š The Problem: The "Content Treadmill"
For tech founders and digital agencies, consistent content creation is vital for SEO and brand authority. However, maintaining an omnichannel presenceāwriting high-quality, long-form tech blogs targeted at US audiences while simultaneously keeping Instagram and Facebook feeds activeāis an operational nightmare.
Most business owners end up spending 15+ hours a week trapped on the "content treadmill," or they abandon their marketing altogether. The objective of this project was to engineer a fully autonomous system that could hunt down industry news, expand it into valuable content, and distribute it natively across multiple platforms without a single human keystroke.
šļø The Solution & Architecture
I designed a 3-tier automation architectureāthe Omnipresent Content Machineāthat handles the entire content lifecycle from curation to deployment.
The Workflow Pipeline:
The Curation Layer (News Agent): The system continuously scrapes trending, high-value tech news and drops the raw data directly into a private WhatsApp channel for review.
The Publishing Layer (Blog Updates): Once triggered, the automation routes the raw news to an LLM explicitly trained on the tone and pacing of top-tier US tech publications. It expands the data into a comprehensive, SEO-optimized Markdown article and publishes it directly to the CMS.
The Social Layer (Meta Posting Agent): Simultaneously, the system extracts the core hooks, generates engaging captions, and deploys the content directly to Instagram and Facebook to drive traffic back to the blog.
š§ Overcoming Technical Roadblocks
The biggest challenge in content automation is avoiding the "bot look." When the first iteration of this system was deployed, it hit what I call the "Omnichannel Wall."
The Issue: I initially tried feeding the scraped news into a single AI prompt and blasting the exact same text output to all platforms. The Meta API instantly rejected the payloads because Instagram strictly requires a valid Image URL, not just text. Furthermore, the text that did successfully post felt robotic and lacked platform-native formatting.
The Engineering Fix: I ripped out the single-prompt design and engineered a custom "Context Splitter" architecture inside n8n:
Branch A (The Deep Dive): Routes to an LLM with strict parameters to write long-form, highly structured SEO content for the blog.
Branch B (The Visual Hook): Routes to an Image Generation API to dynamically design a custom, high-CTR graphic based on the article's headline. It then pairs that image with a short, punchy caption, packaging it into the exact JSON payload the Meta Graph API demands.
š The Results & Impact
By separating the logic, the system now produces highly native, engaging content across the web.
Reclaimed Time: Eliminated 15+ hours per week of manual writing, designing, and social media scheduling.
Omnichannel Consistency: Ensures the brand stays active 24/7 across blogs, Facebook, and Instagram, drastically improving domain authority and social reach.
Platform-Native Quality: Zero rejected API calls from Meta, with output quality that perfectly mimics a human social media manager and technical copywriter.

A workflow-native creative direction system for building coherent luxury brand ecosystems with AI.
Brand DNA Engine is an AI-native creative direction system built entirely in Melius that transforms vague startup ideas into coherent, launch-ready luxury brand ecosystems.
Using connected AI workflows and multiple node types, the system analyzes positioning, emotional tone, visual language, and audience intent before generating unified identity systems, UI concepts, campaign visuals, messaging systems, and cinematic brand outputs.
The workflow emphasizes collaborative refinement between human creative direction and AI orchestration, allowing the entire ecosystem to evolve coherently through iterative feedback loops.
For this project, I created ĆTHER, a fictional luxury AI wellness intelligence brand designed for high-performing creatives.
Process Overview
Creative Briefing Inputs
I began by creating structured input nodes for the startup concept, audience, emotional tone, and visual direction of the fictional brand ĆTHER.
AI Analysis Layer
Using Melius AI agents, I created workflow nodes that analyzed:
emotional positioning
visual language
luxury references
campaign tone
typography direction
architectural/editorial aesthetics
Brand DNA Synthesis
The workflow then synthesized these analyses into a central āBrand DNAā system that acted as the creative intelligence layer for all downstream outputs.
Parallel Creative Generation
From the Brand DNA system, the workflow branched into multiple generation systems:

Refinement Loops
The most important stage was collaborative refinement. I introduced creative direction shifts such as:
āPush the system toward brutalist editorial luxury.ā
The workflow then evolved the entire ecosystem coherently across campaigns, UI, typography, messaging, and visual tone.
Final Outputs
The final workflow generated cinematic launch posters, editorial campaigns, luxury landing page concepts, and a final āBrand Universeā visual, all designed to feel part of the same cohesive creative world.
Building with Melius
What stood out most while building this project was how naturally Melius supports workflow-native creative thinking instead of isolated prompting.
The visual canvas made it possible to structure creative direction as a connected system rather than generating disconnected outputs. The ability to branch workflows, connect reasoning layers, and iterate through refinement loops made the experience feel much closer to a real creative agency process.
The strongest part of the platform for me was the ability to visually orchestrate AI collaboration. Instead of a single prompt leading to a final result, the workflow became a living creative system where positioning, visual language, campaigns, UI, and messaging could evolve together coherently.
I also found the visual nature of the workflow particularly useful for storytelling and presentation. Seeing the progression from briefing > analysis > synthesis > refinement made the creative process feel much more transparent and intentional.

Atelier 360 ā A Reusable Fashion Launch System
Full Project Description
Atelier 360 is a reusable creative workflow built in Melius that turns a single fashion product brief into a complete omnichannel launch campaign.
For this challenge, I used a premium black oversized hoodie as the starting product. From that one brief, the workflow generates brand direction, product-only e-commerce assets, 360-degree product views, on-model editorial visuals, social creatives, paid ads, out-of-home campaign concepts, website and email banners, and cinematic video direction.
The main idea behind Atelier 360 is product consistency. Generative fashion workflows often create beautiful isolated images, but the product can easily drift between outputs. To solve this, I built the workflow around a Canonical Product Identity and Global Quality Standards. These act as a source of truth for the garmentās silhouette, material, proportions, construction, and visual style.
The system is designed to reduce common AI issues such as inconsistent product details, exaggerated garment proportions, duplicate hoods, faceless models, ghost-mannequin artifacts, unreadable text, and off-brand visual drift. Instead of treating each image as a separate generation, Atelier 360 works like a connected production pipeline.
Key Functions & Capabilities
Strategic Brand Foundation
The workflow starts by generating a clear brand strategy, audience direction, visual tone, and campaign positioning based on the initial product brief.
Canonical Product Anchor
A central product identity node defines the source of truth for the garment, including silhouette, material, hood structure, pocket placement, cuffs, hem, and overall construction.
Product-Only E-Commerce Assets
The system creates clean product visuals for online stores, including hero product shots, 360-degree front/side/back views, material close-ups, and PDP-ready assets.
On-Model & Editorial Assets
The workflow separates model-based visuals from product-only assets to create editorial campaign images with visible faces, realistic anatomy, and premium fashion styling.
Omnichannel Marketing Assets
Atelier 360 generates campaign concepts for social media, paid ads, website banners, email banners, billboards, and street posters.
Video & Motion Direction
The system includes a video pipeline covering script, storyboard, keyframes, 360-degree product turntable concepts, and short-form fashion promo video direction.
Process Steps & Execution Strategy
I started by building the strategy layer and defining the visual direction for a premium minimalist streetwear brand. Then I created a Canonical Product Identity to keep the hoodie consistent across all future outputs.
From there, I organized the canvas into five functional zones:

During the process, I learned that a large nested workflow is easier to control when it is executed group by group rather than all at once. This allowed me to review each stage, refine weak outputs, and keep the final campaign board cleaner and more consistent.
Feedback on Melius
Melius helped turn the creative process from isolated prompting into a visual production system. I liked being able to structure the workflow spatially, connect strategy to visual outputs, and use the agent to expand one product idea into many connected campaign assets.
The canvas format made it easier to think like a creative director: define the product, build the visual world, generate assets, review quality, and curate the strongest outputs. For me, the biggest value was not just generating visuals, but building a reusable workflow that can be adapted for future fashion launches.
