Spent 7 weeks rebuilding this Swiss automotive tuning company's website from the ground up, and it's the kind of project that reminds you why "just add more content" is never the actual answer. Problem: ~79 brands, ~800 models, and ~7,000 tuning entries needed unique, non-repetitive German SEO content, built on ACF Free (no Repeater fields), with the client needing to run and edit content generation himself.
What I did:
Designed custom post types + taxonomies per service line for clean, independent data
Built three isolated AI content generators (Claude API) with resumable/pausable batch queues, retry logic, and session-expiry handling for safe large-scale runs
Shipped a Custom Prompt Manager so the client edits AI prompts himself — no code, no dev bottleneck
Solved thin-content risk with structural depth (FAQs, install steps, compatibility notes) instead of word-count padding
Implemented RankMath SEO with dynamic titles/meta auto-populated from data
Built dynamic before/after performance charts per vehicle (Chart.js)
Outcome: Three production-ready service verticals on one maintainable platform, a fault-tolerant content pipeline the client runs independently, and an architecture ready to batch-regenerate the full catalog as standards evolve.
Tools: WordPress, Beaver Builder/Themer, ACF, Claude API, RankMath, Chart.js, DigitalOcean
