96/100 on HubSpot's Website Grader. Here's what that number does and doesn't mean.
techfoundry.io serves two businesses from one WordPress theme, AI and software on one side and Aerless telecom hardware on the other. The homepage test came back at 416 KB, 15 requests and a 1.6 second load. Performance 26/30, SEO 30/30, mobile 30/30, security 10/10.
The decision that did most of the work was boring. No page builder, no framework. PHP templates, one CSS design system, vanilla JS for the animated heroes. A page ships only the markup and styles it uses, and section context decides which company you're looking at instead of a second theme.
What the score doesn't prove matters more than the score. SEO 30/30 means the basics are right, not that we rank. Security 10/10 is HTTPS and library checks, not an audit. Nothing here measures traffic or enquiries, and the grader's own report still lists two things to fix, responsive image sizes and minified CSS.
I'd rather publish the caveats with the number than the number alone. Full breakdown, with the archived report, in the case study https://contra.com/p/2UUN7rUU-tech-foundryio-fast-on-purpose-96100-website-grade
