Uptime Monitor Saves Me Time
I've been working on automating various tasks for my e-commerce business, and one of the recent projects was an uptime monitor. I used n8n to create a workflow that checks my site's availability every 5 minutes and alerts me if it's down. The tech stack included Schedule Trigger, HTTP Request, IF, Telegram, and Google Sheets. I finally stopped the endless back‑and‑forth after a delivery. Using n8n’s Webhook node I catch the ‘order shipped’ event, then a Wait node gives the buyer a day to rate. An IF node checks the score – anything below 3 pops a Telegram message straight to my support crew, while all responses are logged in Google Sheets via the Google Sheets node. A Gmail node sends the initial request and a gentle reminder if needed. The flow runs unattended and shaves about 15 minutes off each order’s post‑delivery admin.

Automated my dashboard with 15‑minute sheet sync
I was sick of the manual grind, so I wired a n8n workflow that runs on a 15‑minute schedule. It hits three HTTP endpoints – WooCommerce orders, CJ Dropshipping inventory and a custom sales webhook – normalises the payloads and pushes everything into a single Google Sheet. A Telegram node then sends me a quick “Dashboard refreshed” note. The stack is simple: Schedule Trigger → HTTP Request → Set → Google Sheets → Telegram. The biggest win is the hour I reclaim each day, plus peace of mind that the numbers are always up‑to‑date.
