Constant Contact Flows Set-up

I was brought on to design and optimize a full email flow system for a client whose store had high traffic but low customer retention and minimal email revenue. My objective was to create automated flows that not only nurtured leads but also converted them . I began with a deep audit of their existing setup and built custom flows from scratch A key challenge was mapping each flow to the right timing. I implemented split testing across subject lines, content blocks, and timing. Within 30 days, email revenue jumped by 38%, and the abandoned cart recovery rate improved by 22%.
