As a person who has PCOS, I designed a card set for myself to boost healthy habits and playfulness. A help for my nervous system.
This includes different habits to try (whatever I select that day) including an illustration which I designed with AI, short information and benefits of that habit. A quick but meaningful game for myself and people who has health problems, designed via Figma.
