The brief 🧠:
Manchester United wanted to give their global fanbase — many of whom will never visit Old Trafford — a visceral sense of belonging to the world's most watched club. The experience needed to feel worthy of the badge and work at scale, across devices.
What we built 🚀:
Next built a fully immersive VR experience placing fans on the pitch, inside the dressing rooms, and in the stands at Old Trafford. Deployed on standalone VR headsets and web, it extended the club's emotional reach to millions of supporters who will never hold a match ticket — deepening loyalty without a single seat.
