As a Social Media Manager, I developed these rental service advertisements to demonstrate how a surgical Structure can drive organic growth in a competitive market. These assets are designed to pass the "1.5-second stress test," using high-fidelity visuals to establish immediate Visual Authority and convert scrollers into leads.
The strategy focuses on building Visual Trust by aligning clean, professional design with high-retention content. By prioritizing performance over "vanity metrics," these ads are optimized to deliver significant ROAS and measurable results for service-based businesses.

The site's focus was on diversity, inclusion, and creating clear avenues for student engagement.

Photography: Captured and integrated real campus community photos that bring a welcoming feel to the site.
Copywriting & Content Strategy: Drafted all copy, including community resources, profiles, and testimonials.
