I built FlowFix Plumbing with Base44 — a modern service booking experience that helps customers get plumbing assistance faster while making it easier for the business to manage incoming jobs.
I've experimented with a lot of AI app builders and coding agents over the past year, but Base44 genuinely surprised me. The speed, quality, and end-to-end workflow made it feel less like prompting an AI and more like collaborating with a skilled developer.
Before: customers typically had to call, send WhatsApp messages, or fill out basic contact forms to report plumbing issues, request quotes, or schedule repairs. Important details were often missing, leading to back-and-forth conversations and delayed bookings.
After: I created a streamlined booking experience where customers can describe their plumbing issue, upload photos, request an instant estimate, choose a service, and schedule an appointment in just a few steps.
The automation helps the business capture complete service requests, prioritize emergency jobs, organize bookings, send confirmation and reminder emails automatically, and answer common customer questions through an AI assistant.
This isn't just a plumbing website.
It's a complete service booking and job management system designed to reduce manual work, improve customer experience, and help the business convert more enquiries into completed jobs.

My pick: iDrop Premium Apple Resellers (idropdigital.com), attatching their old website image, a real Apple Authorised store in Sulthan Bathery, Kerala, India (38K+ on Instagram, 4.4★ on Google).
Here's the twist: they already have a slick website, but behind it, everything still runs manually through WhatsApp. Reservations, trade-ins, repairs, warranty claims… all by hand, nothing tracked.
So, I'm rebuilding it on Base44 as a real operational app:
→ Device reservations & repair bookings, captured, not lost in DMs
→ Instant trade-in / exchange estimates
→ A warranty & service-status checker (enter your Order ID, see live repair status)
→ An AI assistant for EMI, warranty & availability questions, 24/7
→ A full staff dashboard to run it all
