This workforce stability self-assessment tool was developed to help organizations identify operational risks related to documentation practices, workforce continuity, onboarding systems, and monitoring readiness. Designed for nonprofits, community-based organizations, and mission-driven teams, the framework encourages proactive evaluation of internal systems before staffing disruptions, compliance concerns, or funding reviews create operational strain.
The project combined strategic content development, organizational systems thinking, and structured assessment design to create a practical resource organizations can use to strengthen sustainability, continuity, and long-term operational readiness.
