At Scale AI, coordinated the Portuguese language branch across multiple AI projects, managing a team of trainers through refresher sessions, common error identification, guide refinement, feedback forms, and individual and collective feedback. Ensured consistent understanding and reduced ambiguity across a distributed remote team.
