Built trust, provided direction and support, and sourced an automation vendor that reduced workload and increased team motivation without additional hiring. At Scale AI, coordinated the Portuguese language branch across multiple AI projects, managing a team of trainers through refresher sessions, common error identification, guide refinement, feedback forms, and individual and collective feedback. Built the full process from scratch: welcome communications, Slack engagement messages, project kickoff sessions, structured guides for each project phase, and supporting documentation. Ensured consistent understanding and reduced ambiguity across a distributed remote team.
