Led and supported teams in two distinct contexts. At Workplace Options, inherited a small exhausted and demotivated team doing highly manual work. Built trust, provided direction and support, and sourced an automation vendor that reduced workload and increased team motivation without additional hiring. At Scale AI, coordinated the Portuguese language branch across multiple AI projects, managing a team of trainers through refresher sessions, common error identification, guide refinement, feedback forms, and individual and collective feedback. In both cases, the consistent outcome was the same: teams that felt supported, trusted, and motivated to do their best work.
