Abode 3 of 4 KYC without the paperwork
My client wanted tenant verification to feel simpler without losing the information landlords need.
So I designed KYC around one idea: complete it once, reuse it when you need it.💯
Instead of making tenants submit documents to every landlord, I designed a single rental profile that brings together work and income, a guarantor, an emergency contact, and a previous landlord.
I also made the KYC card quiet and easy to find on the profile instead of interrupting the experience with popups. The form adapts to the tenant too, showing relevant fields based on whether they’re employed or self-employed.
The result: one profile, one KYC process, and less paperwork every time a tenant applies for a home.
