Time for me to get in the weeds and build something real! Most of the reading apps focus on books - but what if you want something more casual, something less demanding and more quick to read? What if you want to immerse yourself in a short story for just one bus ride? And what if you don't like the modern romance stories?! Is there actually nothing for you on the app store? Well it seems like yea, and so here I am, trying to fill that gap in the market! I started the development process by making sure I have a source of short stories I can use - and I'm happy to tell you that I've found it! The next step, after the main technical challenge was practically figured out, was the app itself - and any app must start with a simple set of wireframes. The goal with the wireframes is to create a high level overview of the app, what screens you want, what are the main things you want each screen to have. You shouldn't try to make it look pretty or worry about the little details - it's all about laying down the foundation for the future design, where these things get addressed
