Overview
We delivered a project where the client wanted to automate the process of handling high volumes of job applications received via SMS. The existing system relied on manual screening, which was slow, inefficient, and difficult to manage at scale.
Solution
We built an intelligent, AI-powered SMS automation workflow using Twilio, n8n, and OpenAI. The system automatically engages with candidates, evaluates their responses in real time, and filters qualified applicants while storing all data in a centralized platform.

The Goal: Redesigning legacy medical software into a modern, breathable experience. Healthcare professionals work in high-stress environments; their tools shouldn't add to the chaos
What it’s for: This dashboard acts as a real-time command center for Clinic Directors and Charge Nurses. It provides an instant overview of Live Patient Occupancy, Daily Admission Volumes, Staffing Ratios, and Pending Clinical Authorizations
The Idea: We tackled the "cognitive overload" problem common in traditional hospital grids. By utilizing a modular, component-driven layout and a high data-ink ratio (telemetry style metrics), we made complex data instantly scannable. Clear visual tags for patient statuses ensure that staff spend less time reading screens and more time focusing on patient care
