Happy Flow is a women's health supplement brand offering PMS relief and cycle support through a science-backed herbal blend. I redesigned the Shopify store to turn a sensitive, credibility-dependent category into a clear, trust-first buying experience.
Key focus areas:
Credibility bar : "Free From Artificial Flavoring," "Clinically Backed Ingredients," "Manufactured in Miami," "3rd Party Tested" icons placed high on the page to establish trust before any sales pitch
Ingredient science section : "Ingredients Featured In" ties each core ingredient (Chasteberry, Evening Primrose Oil, Ginger, Cramp Bark) to real citations (PubMed, NIH, Endocrine Society) with a "Study Here" link, turning vague wellness claims into verifiable proof
Structured objection-handling : "5 Reasons Why You Should Try Happy Flow" laid out as a simple numbered list addressing painful periods, ingredient safety, and hormonal symptoms directly
Layered social proof : star-rated written reviews with photos, plus a "Verified Buyer" badge on quote cards, reinforcing authenticity in a category full of skepticism
Risk reversal : "Try it for 60 days or get your money back" in the announcement bar, addressing hesitation before a visitor even scrolls
Emotionally direct hero : "Take Back Control Of Your Body" paired with a clear outcome statement (less cramps, less bloating, less mood swings) and a single, unambiguous CTA ("Get in the Floow")
