I kept thinking about how much of society management still depends on WhatsApp messages, phone calls, security registers, and someone remembering what happened at the gate.
So I built GateSync.
The idea was simple. Give residents, security, and society committees one place to handle the things that usually become messy.
I built offline first gate logs so security could keep working even when the internet decides not to. Visitors can be approved using QR codes or OTPs, maintenance bills can be generated and paid through UPI, and amenities have database level protection so two people cannot somehow book the same slot.
And because emergencies are not the place for unreliable systems, I also built an immutable SOS trigger for panic situations.
Started with the thought that society management should not feel like managing a society through WhatsApp. Ended up building the system I wished every housing society had.

1. a home that holds still yet feels alive. Video that stays composed while its surroundings quietly move, building a depth of field that draws the eye in.
2. design. The meeting of modernism and nature; luxury type paired with script, refined and organic at once.
3. motion. Interface and interactions carried on the same smoothness, eased by a custom spring built for the feel of peace at home. Concept piece. Designed in Figma, built in Webflow, motion with GSAP.

this is a UX/UI design and brand identity project for LOOP, a mobile app for waste management and recycling.
recycling is supposed to be simple. nobody designed it that way — until now. LOOP combines collection schedule management, intelligent item recognition, and local recycling information into one simple, location-aware app experience.
the real barrier between people and correct recycling isn't motivation, it's information. that's the problem this app design was built to solve.
as a UX/UI designer and brand designer, this is the kind of project I love — turning a confusing daily task into something simple and intuitive.
