Noticed the Shopify admin looking different lately? Not a bug. Shopify started rolling out a redesigned admin on September 15, going out progressively so not every store has it yet. Search, notifications and the store picker moved out of the top bar into the side nav, which now collapses for extra screen room. Sidekick moved too, it sits as a small floating chat at the bottom of the page instead of a fixed side panel, and only expands wider when a task needs more space. If your team logs in daily and something feels moved or missing this week, that is the rollout, not a bug on your store.
