What I built Toran a 5-page luxury editorial website for a heritage leather brand rooted in Rajasthan. It features a parallax arch gallery, glass-morphism navigation, scroll-reveal animations, a custom magnetic cursor, and a warm Material Design 3 color system. The goal was simple: make it feel alive.
How I used Stitch I started from scratch an idea in mid and, just a prompt. Stitch's streaming generation built each page directly to the canvas in real time. I refined sections using in-place AI edits, clicking exactly what I wanted to change and describing the fix. The QR Preview was my most-used feature scanning the live prototype on my phone after every iteration kept me grounded in how the site actually felt to use.

My feedback: QR Preview is the most underrated feature Stitch has it should be front and center in every demo. Streaming generation keeps you in flow state in a way no other tool does; watching the page build itself is genuinely exciting. One request: more control over typography tokens and the ability to lock elements before running in-place edits so you don't accidentally overwrite things you loved.
One more thing: I found out about this challenge 5 hours before the submission deadline. I sat up the entire night, building, iterating, and refining and honestly, I still feel like I could've pushed the edits further. There are hover states I wanted to polish, transitions I wanted to smooth out, and a mobile layout that deserved more love. But that's also kind of the point Stitch got me further in one night, starting from nothing, than I thought was possible. For an 18-year-old with a deadline and a dream, that means everything.

Actual Facts · Observatory Dashboard 🔭
Short Written Description:
An interactive, high-frequency mathematical observation cockpit that visualizes celestial and physics data profiles in real time. Rooted in foundational mathematical study, it balances historic planetary analytics with a live linear tracking simulation comparing the Speed of Light, Earth’s Rotation, and the Speed of Sound on shared relative scales complete with dynamic Web Audio acoustic synthesis and an animated cosmic background engine.
Explanation of Stitch Workflow:
Google Stitch served as the core creative and architectural foundation. Using Stitch’s newly launched AI Design-to-Code Pipeline, I built the complete Tactical Telemetry UI Standard — including the glassmorphic card matrix with --cyan and --gold design tokens, the persistent Analytics Dock, canvas engine containers for the starfield and orrery systems, and the interactive modal reveal components. Stitch also guided the Starfield Warp Response and Relativistic Orrery Sync behaviors, establishing how UI elements connect to the background rendering engines. This scaffolding was then exported to Replit where advanced physics calculation loops, high-frequency velocity simulation, Web Audio API synthesis, and live hosting were layered on top. The result was a true hybrid pipeline Stitch as design intelligence, Replit as execution environment.
Feedback on Experience:
Stitch was remarkably smooth for the initial creative phase spinning up UI layouts, establishing design tokens, and visualizing component interactions before entering a heavy deployment environment. The AI Design-to-Code Pipeline specifically accelerated decisions that would normally take hours of manual CSS iteration. For future iterations, deeper direct integration hooks with cloud environments like Replit would be a game changer a seamless one-click push from Stitch’s front-end scaffolding straight into a live server would complete the pipeline and make Stitch an end-to-end production tool.

Project Title: Reimagining My Portfolio Homepage with Google Stitch

Project Description
For this project, I used Google Stitch to explore the redesign the homepage of my personal portfolio website. My goal was to explore how AI can accelerate the early stages of product and interface design while still supporting creative decision making.
Rather than starting with a blank canvas, I asked Stitch to review my existing website and identify opportunities to improve user experience, visual hierarchy, messaging, and overall engagement. Based on that analysis, Stitch generated multiple homepage concepts that explored different approaches to presenting my work, skills, and personal brand.
Workflow
The project began by importing and analyzing my existing portfolio. Stitch quickly surfaced opportunities to simplify navigation, strengthen the visual hierarchy, and create clearer calls to action.
Using Stitch's streaming generation capabilities, I was able to see concepts develop directly on the canvas in real time. This made it easy to evaluate multiple directions and build on ideas as they emerged.
I then used in place AI editing to refine layouts, adjust content organization, modify components, and improve the overall user flow. Instead of rebuilding screens manually, I iterated through conversation and targeted edits, allowing me to focus more on design decisions and less on production work.

Outcome
