That is what this hospitality operations overhaul was built to solve.
The project started with a multi-venue operation carrying years of accumulated process debt: disconnected revenue tracking, fragmented shift management, manual reporting, and workflows that depended too much on memory, habit, and heroics.
The goal was not to add another tool.
The goal was to rebuild the operational foundation.
The transformation followed a simple path:
Discover — audit the current systems, data, handoffs, and workarounds
Design — rebuild the operating model, data structure, and reporting framework
Build — implement automation, migrate data, and create dashboards
Launch — test, train the team, and roll out the new system
Optimize — keep improving reporting, visibility, and process performance
The result: a scalable, automated operation built for growth instead of survival.

Automation Sequence
The process begins when a prospect submits information through Facebook Lead Ads. Lead details are automatically added to Pipedrive, where a contact and sales deal are created. A welcome email is sent to the lead, while the sales team receives a Slack notification for quick follow-up. The workflow also records lead data in Google Sheets for tracking and reporting. After a three-day delay, a nurture email is delivered to re-engage the prospect. If the lead interacts with the email, the deal stage is automatically updated in Pipedrive to reflect increased interest.

Closing the loop from social click to CRM entry automatically is where most lead funnels break down. Good to see Make and N8N in the stack alongside Zapier. What does the handoff look like when a lead qualifies?
A team shipped fixes for months to stop users from dropping off. Nothing moved.
I see this a lot: the instinct is to redesign. New screens, new components, new colors. Ship it and hope the numbers change.
Before touching anything, I pulled their data, watched session recordings, and mapped where users actually left versus where the team thought they left.
The answers did not match. They had been redesigning around a problem that was not the problem.
That is the step most teams skip. They jump from "something is off" straight into a redesign.
The review is unglamorous, but it keeps you from redesigning around assumptions.
If your product is not performing, the first move is not Figma. It is looking honestly at what already exists.
Designing for live environments exposes problems that don’t show up anywhere else.
When content is updated under pressure, small inconsistencies become real issues. Pages drift out of sync, information gets duplicated, and even simple updates start requiring coordination across multiple areas.
That was happening with the LIV Golf Media Hub.
The platform had grown over time, but the structure behind it hadn’t kept pace. Information was spread across different page types, and updating one part of the system didn’t always carry through to the rest.
Moving into Framer allowed everything to be rebuilt around a single event model. Each tournament now follows the same structure, moving through pre-event, live, and post-event states, with content managed centrally instead of page by page.
Updates are now faster and more predictable. Information stays consistent across the platform, and the team no longer needs to manage each change manually during live events.
