🚗 I gave a local Colorado Springs business a digital glow-up.
When I found ZZ Mobile Detailing, I saw a business with an outstanding reputation—4.9⭐ with hundreds of happy customers—but like many small businesses, much of the customer journey still depended on calls, texts, and manual scheduling.
I wanted to build something that would actually help them save time and create a better experience for their customers.
So I built a complete mobile-first business platform in Base44.
Before
Customers contacted the business through calls or messages.
Scheduling and lead management were handled manually.
No centralized customer portal.
No automated follow-ups or review requests.
No AI to answer common questions after hours.
After
The new platform includes:
✅ Premium responsive website
✅ AI Detail Advisor that recommends the right detailing package
✅ Online booking with vehicle profiles
✅ Customer portal with appointment history
✅ Owner dashboard for managing leads, customers, and bookings
✅ Automated booking confirmations
✅ Appointment reminders
✅ Follow-up messages after each service
✅ Automated Google review requests
✅ Rebooking reminders to encourage repeat business
Instead of simply building a website, the goal was to create a tool that helps the business operate more efficiently while delivering a better customer experience.
One of my favorite features is the AI Detail Advisor, which guides customers to the right package based on their vehicle, goals, and detailing needs before they even book.
Building this project reinforced something I love about AI-powered development: when combined with thoughtful product design, you can create software that genuinely helps local businesses grow.
