Workforce Activity Overview – Mobile Dashboard Widget
This mobile activity widget was designed to help employees and managers understand yearly work patterns without opening a full dashboard. It brings together total logged hours, annual leave, sickness, training and project activity in one clear view, using strong hierarchy and restrained corporate colours to make the information easy to scan.
The simplified layout could reduce the time needed to review an employee’s activity from several minutes to under 30 seconds. Managers can identify unusual absence levels, check workload distribution and prepare performance reviews faster, while employees gain a clearer understanding of how their recorded time has been allocated.
That yearly summary view is such a smart addition, most time trackers stop at weekly reports and leave you to do the math yourself. Did the Jitter integration require much custom mapping or was it fairly plug and play?
Thank you, Maty. The interface was designed in Figma, while Jitter was used only to create the presentation animation. There was no live data integration or custom mapping involved, so the workflow was fairly straightforward.

Most B2B SaaS platforms look a bit like spreadsheets with a fresh coat of paint—cold, technical, and honestly, a little intimidating. When designing for AI, the default is usually dark mode with glowing blue nodes. The challenge here was to completely break away from that cliché and design a tech tool that doesn't feel like you're talking to a robot.
To solve this, I played with heavy contrast. Instead of a dense dashboard full of features, I used a clean split-screen layout. The left side is all business: sharp typography, social proof, and clear CTAs.
But the real UX magic happens on the right. I layered a soft, glassmorphic chat interface over a highly organic, floral background. Instead of forcing users to read long paragraphs about "natural language processing," they instantly see a warm, humanized interface transcribing a conversation in real-time. It visually communicates that this AI is natural, approachable, and easy to use. It's all about making complex enterprise tech feel simple and human!
