In this project, I completely optimized the email marketing performance for an e-commerce brand over a 30-day period. By focusing on advanced segmentation and behavior-based email flows, I achieved an exceptional 61.6% Average Open Rate, which is significantly above the industry standard.

Generated $453,219 in Total Revenue (+89.2% increase)
Campaign Revenue reached $168,905 (+172.4% increase)
Automated Journeys/Flows contributed $276,265 to the total growth

SMSVirtual had 850k+ active users, a 4.6 rating, and 39M+ received SMS.
None of it was showing up where it mattered.
The hero wasn't leading with the benefit, social proof was buried, and the sections weren't structured to guide a visitor toward a decision.
The full redesign covered every section: hero, features, use cases, FAQ, and CTA.
Each one designed with a clear purpose. Build trust early, communicate value clearly, remove doubt, and close with a strong call to action.
