New client project → Framer development
For GAA Design Studio.
Earlier this year, I developed an MVP website for this studio, but this time we rebuilt it entirely for scalability, to optimize processes and client management inside the website.
I prepared this little video to showcase the project.

Going from an MVP to a scalability-focused rebuild for the same client is a rare thing to get greenlit twice. What convinced them it was worth rebuilding instead of just patching the first version?
It was because the founder had to launch fast their studio website. Because he was transitioning from freelancing to an studio. Later on, he hired a consultant to help him to scale the business and many processes had to be automated inside the website.
It wasn't my decision....

The no-backend choice is smart here: Framer stays the client-facing layer while Google and Notion automations carry the operations behind it. That keeps the system maintainable for the studio while moving it far beyond a brochure. Strong scalability story.
