Since October 2025, I’ve been working with Frontify on an ongoing series of onboarding and tutorial videos designed to help both new and existing users better understand the platform.
So far, we’ve created 75+ videos — and the library is still growing.
The workflow is fairly simple, but the challenge is in keeping everything clear, consistent, and engaging across such a large number of tutorials.

Every video is manually crafted with the goal of making product features and workflows easier to understand and follow.
It’s been a great long-term project and an interesting challenge in building a repeatable production process without letting quality or attention to detail slip.

75+ videos and still growing is a serious production pipeline. At that volume, are you templating the structure heavily to keep it sustainable, or does each video still get built mostly from scratch?
Thank you, Diego! The first video was basically used to establish the visual style, so it took the most time. After that, for each new video, I reused the same elements and mainly just replaced the text and rearranged the keyframes.
That first-video-as-template approach is smart, most of the real cost gets paid once instead of every time. Now that the system's built, how much time does a new video take compared to that very first one?

Petar, 75+ videos is a lot.
It absolutely is, but with the right workflow, it doesn’t take nearly as much time. Preparation was key to making this project work!

Calling out that no AI touched the editing feels almost like a flex these days, especially at 75+ videos. Was that a deliberate choice for quality control, or more that the manual workflow was already dialed in before AI editing tools were even good enough to consider?
Thank you, Maty! The choice was mainly made for quality control. But honestly, even if AI got to that level of quality, I’d still prefer to do the work manually rather than let a machine do it for me.
