For this challenge, I reimagined the digital experience for Page3Salon, a salon brand, with a focus on simplifying the customer booking journey.
The existing website relied on a basic contact form for appointment requests, creating unnecessary friction and delaying the booking process. For a service-driven business like a salon, this experience falls short of modern customer expectations.
Using Base44, I transformed the booking workflow into an intelligent, multi-channel experience. Customers can now schedule appointments
1. Directly through the website.
2. Interact with an AI assistant for guided booking.
3. Complete the process via WhatsApp.
This project demonstrates how @Base44 can accelerate both design and implementation, enabling businesses to deliver a modern user experience while integrating automation.

Brilliant Work
🌿 WoodCrafts — from scattered inquiries to a unified lead system
WoodCrafts is a family-owned workshop building raised garden beds, pergolas, garden sheds, and fences for homeowners.
The problem.
The business ran almost entirely on Facebook. Inquiries came through comments, Messenger, Telegram, Viber, and phone calls, with no single place to track leads. Customers had no way to browse past projects, estimate pricing, or get quick answers — every question went straight to the owner, including the same pricing question asked repeatedly.
The solution.
I designed the experience in Figma and built a fully responsive, live website with Base44, including:
✔️ A project portfolio replacing scattered Facebook posts, showing real completed work
✔️ A pricing calculator that instantly estimates cost for standard raised garden beds by dimensions and materials
✔️ An AI assistant trained on real customer questions about materials, durability, delivery, and custom orders, which hands off to direct contact when a question needs a personal consultation
✔️ A consultation request form for custom projects
The automation.
Consultation requests submitted on the site are automatically delivered to Telegram with full customer and project details — replacing manual tracking across five separate channels with one organized stream of leads.
Why it matters.
This is a real, operating business with a real bottleneck: too many channels, too much repeated manual work. The new system gives the owner a single place to receive and act on leads, and gives customers a faster way to get the information they need before reaching out.

🌿 WoodCrafts — from scattered inquiries to a unified lead system
One of the most interesting parts of this project was building the knowledge base for the AI assistant.
I didn't want generic chatbot answers. So I started by generating hundreds of questions customers typically ask about garden beds, pergolas, sheds, and custom wooden structures — then sat down with the business owner and went through them together: cut what didn't apply, added real questions they actually get, and wrote answers based on their real products, pricing, materials, and delivery process.
I asked ChatGPT to structure everything into a JSON knowledge base with keyword arrays and semantic matching logic, so the assistant could recognize questions through both exact keywords and intent, not just literal wording. I then handed this file to Base44 and connected it to the assistant.
It now handles questions about materials, durability, dimensions, and delivery — and hands off to a personal consultation whenever a project needs a real quote.
Fewer repetitive conversations for the owner, faster answers for customers.
