🌿 WoodCrafts — from scattered inquiries to a unified lead system
One of the most interesting parts of this project was building the knowledge base for the AI assistant.
I didn't want generic chatbot answers. So I started by generating hundreds of questions customers typically ask about garden beds, pergolas, sheds, and custom wooden structures — then sat down with the business owner and went through them together: cut what didn't apply, added real questions they actually get, and wrote answers based on their real products, pricing, materials, and delivery process.
I asked ChatGPT to structure everything into a JSON knowledge base with keyword arrays and semantic matching logic, so the assistant could recognize questions through both exact keywords and intent, not just literal wording. I then handed this file to Base44 and connected it to the assistant.
It now handles questions about materials, durability, dimensions, and delivery — and hands off to a personal consultation whenever a project needs a real quote.
Fewer repetitive conversations for the owner, faster answers for customers.

And somehow, in under 30 seconds, it managed to keep the little details I liked while turning them into something that actually felt cohesive.

The jump from loose sketches to a cohesive café world is so satisfying—those little cup and bag marks carry through beautifully. I especially like how the roughness survived the polish instead of getting flattened.
