AI agents shouldn’t exist just because AI is trending.

They should exist because a business owner has a real problem that needs solving.

A customer calls after business hours. Nobody answers. The customer moves on to a competitor.

A lead comes in through a website. Nobody follows up quickly. The lead goes cold.

A team spends hours every week copying information between tools. That time could have been spent growing the business.

This is where I’m focusing my work:

Building AI agents that solve real operational problems for businesses.

For example, an AI receptionist can:

→ Answer calls 24/7 → Handle common customer questions → Qualify leads → Book appointments directly into a calendar → Transfer important calls to a human → Send follow-ups and call summaries automatically

The goal isn’t to replace people.

It’s to remove repetitive work and make sure valuable customers don’t get lost because nobody was available at the right moment.

I’m currently building and testing AI agent systems for businesses, with a focus on practical automation, measurable outcomes, and real-world workflows.

Every new AI chat used to start the same way.

I explained the business again. Clients. Prices. Decisions. What it could do without asking me.

So I put the business in a folder of plain text files the assistant can read. Memory. Clients. Decisions. Invoices. Daily log. And the rules for what it is not allowed to do.

I run Kratos Labs (my company) out of that folder. The public template is Operator OS.

I installed it twice for other people. One of them, @Atashka (left a review on my profile) used to spend around 6 hours/week pulling briefs, notes and feedback into project requirements. Now it's about 1 hour. He says that's roughly 20 hours back each month.

I don't start the morning by explaining the company again.

Yeah this is the one he installed for me. I was spending ~6h/week just turning briefs, notes and feedback into actual project requirements. Now it's closer to 1. picking up a project is easier too because i'm not digging through messages for the latest version of everything.
