Core Philosophy
"Modern Sanctuary" blends contemporary architectural minimalism with warm tropical living. The design focuses on creating a seamless dialogue between built structure and nature, offering a calm, private retreat defined by clean lines, natural light, and lush surrounding flora.
Design Pillars
Architectural Harmony: Geometric, cubic volumes finished in clean white plaster are grounded by exposed concrete and dark steel elements, creating a balance of light and shadow.
Biophilic Integration: Deep overhangs, open structural bays, and generous glazing blur the boundary between indoors and outdoors. Built-in concrete planters and layered tropical foliage wrap around the residence to make greenery an integral part of the facade.
Tactile Materiality: A neutral, organic palette—combining smooth white stucco, raw concrete, natural wood finishes, glass, and dark metal accents—delivers a modern aesthetic that feels inherently connected to its natural environment
