NYC TaxAbate Advisors is a property tax abatement consultancy founded by Ori Efroni. He helps self-managed co-op and condo boards in New York claim tax abatements on a contingency basis. No fees unless he wins. The brand needed to earn trust before it said anything else.
The creative direction is restrained and precise without being cold.
The logo is a NYC skyline combination mark where one building in deep navy carries a keyhole as negative space, representing the unlocking of hidden value. Surrounding buildings in muted steel blue. Wordmark beneath in three balanced lines: NYC. TAXABATE. ADVISORS.

The keyhole as negative space inside the building is such a smart way to encode "unlocking hidden value" without spelling it out. Did that concept come first, or did the skyline combination mark come first and the keyhole idea got layered in after?
